GLAMORGANSHIRE TO BE LET

For seven, fourteen, or Twenty-One years.

A vein of that most valuable article called DINAS FIRE CLAY, which bears the fire better, and is much more durable, than any other Fire Clay that is, or has been hitherto, in use in this country.

Any Gentleman or Company may have an exclusive right to work and dispose of this valuable article, on the condition of engaging to raise 1000 Tons a year, and paying 10s. per Ton Land Money (clear) to the Proprietors; and also 10s. per Ton for every Ton raised over and above the said quantity of a 1000 Ton per annum. The Vein is full ten feet thick, and worked above level.

The expence at present of raising the said Clay, and delivering 24Ton of the same on the bank of the Canal below Neath is, for raising said quantity ?3; carrying to the upper end of the Neath Canal ?6; two men, one horse, and barge, loading and unloading, ?2.8s; to the Proprietors of the Neatrh Canal ?1.13s. Land Money ?12
