GREAT FOREST OF BRECKNOCK TO BE LET

March 9th. 1805

GREAT FOREST OF BRECKNOCK, contiguous to the SWANSEA and NEATH CANALS TO BE LET BY PRIVATE CONTRACT

In several allotments, of which firther particulars will be given later.

The Mines of LEAD ORE, COPPER, IRON STONE, COAL, ROTTEN STONE, LIMESTONE and SLATE, lying within such part of his Majesty's said Great Forest as extends from the confines of the county of Carmarthen on the west, to the rivers Melty, otherwise Felty, and Neddfaur, and bounded on the north by the summits of the lands in the Forest which divides the waters falling into the river Usk from those falling into the Tawe and Nedd, otherwise called the Swansea and Neath Rivers.
